Resident Engineer
Our role is to provide you support with our resident engineer as communication interface between OEM and us on behalf you. The target is to ensure the task, handle the concern and avoid production stop or escalation.
Inspection, Sorting
We offer you to sort material according to the requirements, ensuring the method through MSA for continuous or discrete criteria. It is completely understood that our manpower plays a key factor, therefore thy are well trained on the skills to execute the task. All efforts ensure to avoid non-conformal quality during the next manufacturing process.
Rework on mechanical parts
Through our service, we can support you on any rework applied on metal or plastic parts. Our Engineer will analyze the method to ensure the feasibility and keep the specifications or requirement.
